Complete on-going cruise training programs
Preferred candidate profile
Awareness of cruise campaigns, with substantial knowledge of the cruise industry and products and what sells effectively
Must be a Strong and Clear Communicator with excellent telephone manners
Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to sell the benefits of cruise over the telephone, live chat & email.
Demonstrable record of achieving KPIs, with the ability to sell confidently and turn enquiries into sales
Exceptional customer services skills with experience of working in a customer focused workplace
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
