Role: Salesforce developer (mobile)

Experience: 4-8 years

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

- Expert Programming Skill set in React JS or Node JS or Angular JS with deployment and support experience
- Development skill set in Salesforce One app
- Knowledge in Salesforce based APEX Coding, LWC Components, deployment and support
- Knowledge in Dot Net will be an added advantage
- Troubleshooting of technical / functional issues faced by users and Business Admins on Salesforce
- Integration with SAP and 3rd party Apps
- Escalating IT issues to relevant stakeholders for problem resolution in a timely manner
- Co-ordination with BU Admins and Business Team
- Co-ordination with service provider
- Periodical review & reporting on responsibilities & KPIs

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce CRM platform.

Expert level knowledge in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Analytics Cloud.





Experience in Salesforce implementation/Support on Salesforce as platform.

Knowledge in Apex coding for Mobile App

Expert level in out of box configuration, salesforce architecture

Depth knowledge in Mobile Publishing (Android, IOS)

Depth knowledge in LW components

Depth knowledge in Salesforce RDBMS, Other RDBMS

Knowledge in integration with SAP

Knowledge in integration with 3rd party API

Knowledge in Agri Industry or related industry would be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- BCA/MCA/MBA/IT/BE
- Technical Certifications in MS Office
- Salesforce Certifications
- o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- o Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)
- o Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
