Job Description

- Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
- Identify hazards and perform risk assessments (JSA).
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory safety standards.
- Monitor high-risk activities (height work, confined space, hot work).
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
- Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).




- Conduct safety induction and training programs.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001).
- Develop and implement emergency response plans (ERP).
- Conduct mock drills and evacuation exercises.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of safety equipment and PPE.
- Monitor environmental compliance (waste, pollution control).
