- Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Understand technology and turn complex technical concepts into high-quality & plagiarism-free content that is technically accurate by adhering to deadlines.
- Work closely with UI/UX developers and participate in design meetings.
- Ensure compliance with documentation styles and standards.
- Ability to capture information by performing web research.
- Understand technical writing principles like single sourcing, minimalism, and topic-based writing.

Valuable to have

- Experience with BA tools that include Balsamiq cloud, MS Visio.
- Knowledge of SDLC & DDLC
- Basic designing skills in Figma or XD
- Ability to develop wireframes/prototypes using wireframing tools.
