- P&L; Accountability: Own the overall revenue, margin, and operating cost targets for the business unit or region.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Drive continuous reduction in cost per kilometer, fuel consumption, and overhead expenses to optimize the bottom line.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and billing targets.
Growth & Business Development
- Client Acquisition: Source new corporate clients, expand service scope with existing accounts, and build strategic commercial partnerships.
- Contract Negotiation: Finalize profitable service level agreements (SLAs), pricing structures, and vendor contracts.
- Market Expansion: Identify recent trade corridors, industry verticals, or service segments (e.g., contract logistics or last-mile delivery) to scale the business.
Operations & Fleet Performance
- Service Quality: Ensure high on-time pickup and delivery (OTD) rates and minimize cargo damage or loss.
- Fleet & Vendor Management: Oversee fleet utilization, maintenance scheduling, and carrier performance.
- Process Optimization: Implement technology solutions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reduce transit times and improve asset utilization.
