TPRM PMO Lead - Third Party Risk Management | Governance & Program Management

Summary - Location - Gurgaon

We are looking for an experienced TPRM PMO Lead to drive governance, program execution, and operational excellence across Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong PMO, governance, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery expertise, with experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving risk, compliance, procurement, legal, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities -

Serve as Governance Secretariat for TPRM SteerCos, Delivery Action Teams (DATs), and risk forums, ensuring structured governance, action tracking, and audit readiness.

Drive TPRM demand intake, prioritization, and vendor onboarding pipelines while ensuring risk-based decision-making and remediation tracking.

Provide embedded PMO support across due diligence, onboarding, monitoring, and remediation workstreams to enhance delivery efficiency.

Lead stakeholder communication, RAID management, executive reporting, governance dashboards, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Support Agile program execution, cross-functional dependency management, financial oversight, and continuous process improvement across global TPRM programs.

Requirements -

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.

5+ years of PMO, Project Management, Program Management, or Governance experience in complex enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management processes.

Experience working with Agile teams, portfolio governance, program planning, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.

Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
