Role Overview:

We are hiring Sales Managers for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for driving business through DSA, channel partners, and open market sourcing while ensuring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Source Business LAP cases through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels
Build and strengthen the channel partner network in the assigned territory
Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and revenue targets
Generate quality leads and ensure healthy portfolio growth
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for seamless case processing
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Ensure compliance with internal policies and credit guidelines
Identify new business opportunities and enhance market penetration





Eligibility Criteria:

3–8 years of experience in Business LAP / Loan Against Property / Mortgage Sales
Strong experience in DSA and channel-led sourcing
Proven track record of achieving individual business targets
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
Positive knowledge of the local market in the preferred location
