Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives with at least 2 years of experience in the EdTech or Education industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling extensively across South India to build relationships with schools, conduct presentations, and drive the adoption of AI & Robotics programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate recent business opportunities with CBSE, ICSE, State Board, Cambridge, and International schools.

2. Meet Principals, Management, Trustees, and Academic Coordinators to present the company's AI & Robotics programs.

3. Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.

5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

6. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until deal closure.

7. Coordinate with internal teams for successful onboarding and implementation.

8. Maintain accurate records of leads,



meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.

9. Represent the company at educational events, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.

10. Gather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities in the education sector.

Eligibility

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, Education, or any related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech, Education Sales, Publishing, STEM, Robotics, or School Solutions.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. Fluent in English. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.

5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

Travel Requirement

1. Must be comfortable traveling across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Puducherry.

2. Willingness to travel for 15–20 days per month.

3. Valid driving license is preferred.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in school sales or institutional sales.

2. Knowledge of NEP 2020, AI, Robotics, STEM, Coding, or Digital Learning solutions.

3. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

4. CRM knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
