- Own SEO strategy and execution across techcarrot.ae and client websites simultaneously prioritising and context-switching across accounts without dropping quality.
- Run technical SEO: crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data / schema markup (including FAQ Page and other JSON-LD), and fixing issues surfaced in Search Console.
- Execute on-page SEO: keyword mapping, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, content optimization briefs, and featured-snippet/AI-Overview targeting.
- Continue and improve off-page work: link building, digital PR opportunities, and authority building done strategically rather than in isolation from technical/on-page SEO.
- Monitor and report performance using Google Search Console, GA4, RankMath/Yoast, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and tools like Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, Answer The Public, etc.
- Keep pace with algorithm updates, AI Overview/answer-engine behavior, and emerging SEO tools, and bring recommendations back to the team proactively.
- Collaborate with the content and digital marketing team on keyword-informed content calendars and briefs.




- Take on increasing ownership and account load as the team and client base grow.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience covering technical, on-page, and off-page work not off-page alone.
- Working knowledge of SEMrush or Ahrefs, plus genuine comfort using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and Ubersuggest.
- Solid understanding of schema markup/structured data, site speed and Core Web Vitals, and crawl/index fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple websites or client accounts at once.
- Quick learner who picks up new tools, platforms, and workflows quickly with minimal hand-holding.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO workflows (using LLMs for content briefs, schema generation, keyword clustering, etc.) or strong willingness to build this skill fast.
- Clear, proactive communicator comfortable flagging issues, proposing fixes, and reporting results without being chased.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred; certifications a plus.
