Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Drive the growth of the Visuals & Accessories business within the Value Channel by identifying and developing new revenue opportunities.
- Act as a product specialist and trusted advisor to VARs and System Integrators (SIs), increasing attach rates across core client sales.
- Maximize revenue, net gross profits, and customer satisfaction by enabling partners to deliver complete portfolio solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including 4P, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Segment leads, to ensure market competitiveness and sustained business growth.
- Identify, onboard, and develop Value Channel partners, enhancing their technical knowledge and sales capabilities in monitors, docking stations, and accessories.
- Drive partner enablement through training programs, sales support, and go-to-market initiatives to improve pipeline management and revenue conversion.
- Monitor business performance, optimize attach rates, and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, Product Management, or Partner Management within the IT Hardware, Technology, or Accessories domain.
- Robust understanding of Value-Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), and channel partner ecosystems.
- Experience in Visuals & Accessories products, including monitors, docking stations, peripherals, and related client solutions, is preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage partner relationships, and execute business development strategies.
