About the company- Our client is a pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai, India, that has been active since 2003. It specializes in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of dermatology and skincare products used by consumers and professionals. The company works with a range of skincare brands and formulations, including moisturizers, cleansers, antihistamine tablets for skin allergies, and antifungal products aimed at helping people with different skin concerns.

Currently our client is engaged in marketing around 25 DERMA BRANDS with PAN INDIA operations.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Video Designer who can do more than just edit videos. They are looking for someone who can think of fresh ideas, understand social media trends, and create engaging videos that attract and retain viewers.

The ideal candidate should enjoy experimenting with new content formats, use AI tools to improve creativity, and take complete ownership of video projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Create videos from concept to final delivery.
- Convert marketing briefs into engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, podcasts, and other digital platforms.
- Create motion graphics, animated videos, product videos, promotional videos, and brand campaigns.
- Research the latest social media trends, editing styles, and content formats to create high-performing videos.
- Study competitor content and suggest fresh creative ideas.




- Use AI tools to improve video editing, voiceovers, subtitles, scripting, image generation, and overall workflow.
- Experiment with new editing techniques and creative storytelling methods.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Product teams during planning and execution.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different social media platforms.
- Organize project files and continuously improve the team's editing process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and creative content production.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and video production.

Required Skills

- Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Excellent visual storytelling and creative thinking.
- Good understanding of social media content and audience engagement.
- Ability to create videos with minimal guidance.
- Knowledge of trending editing styles, transitions, and content formats.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn recent technologies.
