Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage the company's social media presence across key platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging communication aligned with brand and business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and publishing content, and monitoring performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing and designing posts, coordinating with internal teams to promote products and programs, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.



The specialist will track campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies based on data insights, and collaborate with marketing and sales to support lead generation and brand awareness. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance the company's digital presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for planning and executing online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop and distribute impactful content across platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with teams, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with social media analytics tools, basic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar), and familiarity with content scheduling platforms.
- Candidates should have proven experience in managing brand social media accounts, preferably in B2B or corporate gifting/rewards sectors, and a relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Candidates should demonstrate ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to a quick-paced, growth-focused environment.
