At Hoomanely, we're building the first precision health platform for pets — a sensor-driven, AI-powered ecosystem that decodes the health signals dogs give off every day and turns them into actionable insight. Our flagship product, EverBowl, is a clinical-grade device that reads hydration, intake, body temperature, and eating behaviour, building toward a single daily wellness score. Paired with the Hoomanely app and Protect+, our insurance-rewards membership, we help pet parents move from guesswork to knowing.

We're looking for a Flutter-heavy SDE-2 who can independently own features end to end — across mobile (80%) and web (20%) — in a fast-paced, hardware-integrated B2C product environment.

What You'll Do

- Own and build Flutter-based mobile applications end to end — from design to production deployment on Play Store and App Store
- Build responsive web interfaces (ReactJS) for the 20% web surface
- Take well-scoped features independently from design to deployment, balancing scalability, maintainability, and time-to-market
- Design and integrate database and data-flow architecture that supports real-time, sensor-driven applications




- Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines that streamline development and deployment
- Write and maintain automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline to keep quality high across releases
- Work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams — sprint planning, estimation, and delivery included
- Adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-changing product roadmap typical of an early-stage hardware-software startup

Must-Have Requirements

- Flutter shipped to production — Flutter as primary skill with at least one live mobile app
- Tier 1 B.Tech — any engineering discipline from IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, or comparable government-accredited engineering university (not BCA, MCA, BSc)
- 5–10 years of total experience
- B2C product company background — current or most recent employer must be a B2C product company; no service or contract firms
- Demonstrated product ownership — evidence of owning a feature or workstream end to end, not just executing within a large team

Valuable to Have

- Backend exposure — working knowledge of Go, Python, or Node.js
- Experience at a recognisable growth-stage brand (e.g. Groww, Zepto, PhonePe, Meesho tier)
- Startup trajectory experience — has seen a product scale from a small to large user base (e.g.



1K → 100K users)
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Play Store / App Store deployment experience
- IoT or hardware-integrated product experience
- ReactJS experience for web surface
