As we continue to grow, we're expanding our in-house e-commerce platform, BN Shop, and are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Digital Commerce Executive to join our team.

About the Role

As a Digital Commerce Executive, you will play a key role in managing our in-house e-commerce platform, BN Shop. You will be responsible for onboarding brand partners, ensuring seamless product listings, coordinating with internal teams, and driving sales through digital commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard and list partner brands on BN Shop using a detailed onboarding checklist.

- Coordinate product listings, packaging, branding, pricing, commissions, shipping, order tracking, and platform integrations.

- Manage partner relationships and ensure smooth order fulfillment, delivery quality,



and issue resolution.

- Work closely with internal teams to optimize the overall partner experience.

- Plan and execute internal sales initiatives through notifications, email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and promotional activities.

- Coordinate with marketing teams to increase product visibility and drive sales across the platform.

Who We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Operations, Digital Commerce, or Category Management.

- Robust coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Good understanding of online marketplaces, order management, and partner onboarding.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and execution skills.

- Experience with marketplaces, or e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
