1. End to End HR Management in production unit comprising of 100+ labour, multiple shifts and different strata of employees ranging from labours to operators to office staff.
2. Able to handle the above quantum of work by delegation through a team of HR personnel and take accountability from them.
3. Result driven approach and ability to give results to the management on parameters set by the management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1. Candidate should have prior experience in blue collar and industrial hiring.
2. He should be able to generate manpower through channels like Campus recruitments, ITIs, Walkins, Whatsapp groups, referrals and any other means he seems fit to complete the hiring demand of the organization.
3. He must be able to self-manage the HR Team.
4. He must have a problem-solving approach and a solution mindset.
