Pixxcel Inc. is a performance marketing agency helping coaches and EdTech founders scale through paid ads, funnels, automation, and data-driven systems.
This role is strictly for managing Pixxcel's own internal marketing, not client campaigns.
You will work directly with the Founder to build and scale our inbound lead engine.
Your Mission
To build and optimize Pixxcel's internal paid acquisition system across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search & YouTube)
- Lead magnet funnels
- Retargeting sequences
- Landing page testing
- Performance tracking & reporting
Your goal:
Generate qualified inbound leads consistently.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Launch and manage Meta & Google ad campaigns for Pixxcel
✅ Test creatives, hooks, and angles
✅ Monitor daily ad performance
✅ Optimize CPL and lead quality
✅ Build custom audiences & retargeting flows
✅ Coordinate landing page experiments
✅ Track performance in structured dashboards
✅ Report weekly metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, Cost per Call)
✅ Research competitor ads & funnels
✅ Assist in creative strategy brainstorming
