Key Responsibilities

* Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and design preferences.

* Develop innovative residential interior concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.

* Prepare detailed 2D drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and working drawings.

* Coordinate with 3D visualizers to ensure high-quality design presentations.

* Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor that align with project budgets and design intent.

* Coordinate with execution teams, vendors, and site engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.





* Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.

* Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining Creo Homes quality standards.

* Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design.

* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of 3ds Max or Revit is an added advantage.

* Excellent design visualization and space planning skills.

* Strong communication and client presentation abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
