Experience: 3+ Years in Life insurance, Banking, Finance, Loan, Mutual fund, General Insurance, Health insurance or any BFSI Sales
Qualification: Graduate Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop agency advisors and sales teams.
Drive business growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and customers.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and motivation.
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local market networking.
Support advisors during customer meetings and sales closures.
