The Role
The Amazon Ads Specialist drives client growth through advertising strategy, campaign execution, and continuous optimization. This role balances client advertising needs with internal capabilities, developing results-driven strategies while proactively identifying opportunities to maximize client success. Ex-Amazonians preferred. Role is in time zone of 9-5pm EST. Role is remote for India based talent.
What You’ll Do
Plan the strategy
Understand each client's business objectives and advertising goals in depth.
Design Sponsored Ads and/or DSP strategies aligned to those goals.
Run the campaigns
Own campaign execution end-to-end — planning, launch, and optimization.
Align with Customer Success to communicate strategy and KPIs to clients.
Manage budgets to keep spend on track with client goals.
Track the results
Track performance against KPIs and report insights regularly.
Recommend optimizations to drive continuous improvement.
Solve what comes up
Resolve client and campaign issues quickly.
Adapt strategy to keep goals on track.
Grow the Account
Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Partner with Customer Success and leadership to grow accounts strategically.
What you bring
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for both client-facing and internal collaboration.
English Proficiency: Solid verbal and written English required.
Project Management: Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously.
Analytical Thinking: Skilled at interpreting performance data to drive decisions.
Problem-Solving: Quick to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Strategic Thinking: Forward-looking approach to aligning campaigns with long-term client growth.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 3+ years managing Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP; agency experience highly desirable.
Technical: Familiarity with campaign management tools, analytics platforms, and project management software is a plus.
