Job Description – Legal Advisor (Real Estate)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to manage legal matters related to real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate laws, contract drafting, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and property transactions, along with strong experience in preparing and reviewing Work Orders and commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate Work Orders, Agreements, Contracts, NDAs, MOUs, LOIs, and Vendor Agreements.
- Provide legal support for land acquisition, development, construction, leasing, and property transactions.
- Conduct legal due diligence and title verification of properties.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other applicable real estate laws.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, litigation, arbitration, and risk management.




- Liaise with government authorities, external advocates, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain legal records and provide legal advice to management on compliance and risk mitigation.

Requirements

- LL.B. (Mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Robust knowledge of RERA, Property Laws, Indian Contract Act, Registration Act, Stamp Duty, and Development Regulations.
- Proven experience in drafting and vetting Work Orders and commercial agreements.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in luxury residential or premium real estate projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
