We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding customer needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce,



or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
