Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to provide a premium shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and create a warm, professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers, and jewellery care.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell matching jewellery to increase average bill value.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
- Assist customers during billing, packaging, and order completion.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support inventory checks, stock management, and merchandise replenishment.
- Follow showroom SOPs, security procedures, and company policies.




- Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, and ongoing promotions.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass).
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or premium retail sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
