We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Real Estate Customer Relationship Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conductiong follow-ups, property presentations, site visit, converting prospects into potential customers, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture leads and maximize sales conversions.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, booking forms, and other sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Stay updated on project details, market trends,



and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events, and sales campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Good understanding of the real estate sales process.
- Positive attitude with a self-driven and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
