Job Description – Square Sales Person

Position: Square Sales Person
Salary: ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Square Sales Person to promote and sell products at the retail counter. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist customers in making purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the sales area.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately (if required).
- Manage stock display and inform the supervisor about low inventory.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies and maintain discipline at the workplace.





Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
