We are looking for a passionate and dedicated B.A. Faculty to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic development of the department.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach B.A. students according to the university syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.




- Conduct internal assessments and examinations.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, cultural events, and institutional activities.

Eligibility

- Master's Degree (M.A.) in the relevant Economics, history, political sciencesubject with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Freshers with excellent academic records are welcome to apply.
- Prior teaching experience in a college will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid subject knowledge.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, PowerPoint).
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
