We're looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information.
Track event-related updates and keep records up to date.
Handle client queries related to events, registrations, and logistics.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project deliverables.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent support.
Requirements:
Good English communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
