We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (IT Services)
with experience in online bidding and lead generation to help expand our international client base.

Responsibilities

- Generate business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and similar portals.
- Identify and acquire new clients for web development, software development, e-commerce, and AI projects.
- Conduct client calls and understand business requirements.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote company services through social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Assist in content creation and blog writing related to technology, web development, and AI trends.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 6 months to 3 years of experience in online bidding or business development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Experience in cold calling, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Understanding of website development, software development, or digital services is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
