Job Overview

Turtle Medical Technologies & Molto Bello is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and sell aesthetic medical machines, laser equipment, beauty devices, professional skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products across Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy meeting clients, and be confident in generating new business opportunities through field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dermatologists, cosmetologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, salons, spas, hospitals, and wellness centres.
- Promote and sell aesthetic machines, laser equipment, beauty devices, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking, references, exhibitions, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, installations, payments,



and after-sales support.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer database, and sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and current business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
- Experience in Field Sales, Medical Devices, Aesthetic Industry, Beauty Equipment, Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare Sales will be preferred.
- Ability to generate new business independently.
- Target-driven with strong sales-closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, and CRM is an advantage.
