We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team immediately. Candidates who are currently based in Bengaluru or are willing to relocate immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from architectural and structural drawings.

* Estimate project costs, material quantities, and labor requirements.

* Coordinate with architects, site engineers, vendors, and contractors.

* Verify measurements, prepare rate analysis, and monitor project budgets.

* Evaluate contractor bills, client invoices, and variation orders.

* Track project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

* Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.





* Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ preparation.

* Strong knowledge of construction materials, estimation, and billing.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.

* Candidates currently residing in Bengaluru will be preferred.

* Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
