Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team, supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within our organization. In this role, you will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope. Responsibilities

- Support the Project Manager in all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide timely updates.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, project plans, and key metrics.
- Participate in project meetings, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and troubleshooting.




- Facilitate communication between team members and departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling of project tasks

Requirements:

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Experience : Previous internship or 1+ year of work experience in project management or a related role.
- Technical Skills : Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
