About F WALKS

F WALKS is a Mumbai-based modeling and casting company working across advertising campaigns, films, television, OTT, digital content, music videos, and brand projects.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Casting Intern who is interested in learning the qualified casting process and gaining hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable actors, models, and new talent based on project requirements
- Assist with casting calls, talent outreach, and profile collection
- Review, organize, and shortlist talent profiles under the guidance of the Casting Team
- Coordinate with artists regarding availability, auditions, self-tests, and project requirements
- Collect and organize portfolios, introduction videos, audition links, and talent information
- Support the preparation of talent shortlists, presentations, and casting databases
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and internal tracking systems
- Assist with audition coordination and casting-related follow-ups
- Coordinate with the Talent Management and Client Servicing teams when required
- Maintain professional communication and confidentiality at all times

Candidate Requirements

- Strong interest in casting, films, advertising, OTT, talent management, or the entertainment industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail




- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional, responsible, and willing to learn
- Comfortable communicating with actors, models, and internal teams
- Prior casting experience is not mandatory; relevant training will be provided

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate, undergraduate, or final-year student
- Background in Media, Mass Communication, Film, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Mumbai-based candidates or candidates who can commute to Goregaon West will be preferred
