At ICG Medical, our mission is simple: Improving Patient Care. We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader – Life Sciences Recruitment to lead, coach, and grow a high-performing recruitment team supporting the US market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruitment leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will play a key role in developing client relationships, driving regional revenue, mentoring recruiters, and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a recruitment team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates while identifying current business opportunities.
- Source high-quality Life Sciences candidates through referrals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline from sourcing through placement, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the recruitment database.
- Obtain and manage candidate availability while proactively resolving candidate queries.
- Build talent pipelines by sourcing new candidates and nurturing existing relationships.
- Manage candidate and client cancellations while ensuring service continuity.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Sales, and Payroll teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Support payroll administration by managing timesheets, resolving payroll queries, and following up on outstanding documentation.




- Conduct first-shift follow-up calls and regular welfare checks to maintain excellent candidate engagement and client satisfaction.
- Drive exceptional customer service while contributing to regional growth and company objectives.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Leader or Recruitment Leadership role (candidates with at least 1 year of leadership experience may also be considered).
- Proven experience recruiting within the Life Sciences sector is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop recruitment consultants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent pipeline management skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a rapid-paced, growing business.
- Comfortable working US business hours.
- Willing to work full-time from the office.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate qualification required.
