Production Management

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Monitor production processes and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Ensure production schedules are followed and deadlines are achieved.
- Analyze production performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.

Quality Control

- Ensure products meet required quality standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and rework.

Team Supervision

- Lead, motivate, and manage production operators and line staff.
- Assign work responsibilities and monitor employee performance.
- Conduct training and coaching for workers to improve skills and productivity.
- Maintain discipline and promote teamwork within the production department.

Safety & Compliance





- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and promote secure working practices.
- Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.

Inventory & Resource Management

- Monitor material availability and coordinate with stores and planning departments.
- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of production equipment.

Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, productivity, quality, and absenteeism.
- Communicate production status and issues to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
