KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and manpower.
- Monitor quality standards, NABH compliance, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and cost optimization.
- Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA/MBA Hospital Management) preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of hospital operations experience.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
