Job Summary

Craft Interactive Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support the company's accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, financial documentation, client payment follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in accounting, finance, and ERP systems are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records accurately.
- Prepare sales invoices, quotations, payment receipts, and other financial documents.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company expenses.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and account statements.
- Assist with VAT documentation, filing, and compliance activities.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, contracts, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams on billing and finance-related activities.




- Assist with financial data migration, validation, and verification when required.
- Support audit and statutory compliance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably ERPNext) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Positive communication and client coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
