Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Property Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients through the property buying, selling, and investment process.

As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best property solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on real estate trends.
- Guide clients through the entire property transaction process, from initial consultation to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and potential buyers.
- Provide expert advice on property investment, legal formalities, and financial aspects.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients.
- Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market updates.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, or customer service is a plus, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication .
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
