- Making calls to different companies across US for data validation and capturing and updating records
- Ensuring the quality as per the given standards and managing workflow to ensure timely deliveries
Skills Required
> Graduate / Post Graduate - Any specialization
> Minimum 6 months experience in an International Voice based process
> Basic knowledge of MS Office is desirable
> Excellent oral and written English communication skills
> Ability to work in a team
> Willing to work in adaptable timings.
