Job Title: Accountant (Fresher – Senior Level)

Location: Standard Tax & Industrial Services, Agartala,Tripura

Salary: INR 5000 Per Month (For Junior Accountant/Freshers)

INR 9000 Per month (For Mid-Level Accountant)

INR 12000 Per month (For Senior Accountants)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing audits, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- General Ledger: Manage all accounting transactions and perform timely bank reconciliations.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial practices align with GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee billing processes and ensure vendor payments are handled efficiently.
- Audit Support:



Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation.

Requirements & Experience Levels

Focus Areas

Junior Accountant/Freshers : 1 Years experience in Data entry, basic reconciliations, and supporting senior staff.

Accountant: 3-5 Years experience in financial analysis, tax preparation, and process improvement.

Senior Accountant: 5+ Years Strategic forecasting, team leadership, and complex audit management.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime). - Certificate to be annexed
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros)- Certificates to be annexed.
- Strong understanding of tax codes and financial reporting standards.
