Role Overview
We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and work with children to enhance their speech, language, communication, and swallowing skills. The role involves individualized therapy, caregiver education, and active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Conduct individualized therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators for holistic child development.
- Provide caregiver training and education to support therapy at home.
- Document progress and refine therapy plans for optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- BASLP/MASLP degree or relevant Diploma
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure/certification.
- Proficiency in assessing and treating speech and dysphagia.
- Expertise in diagnosis and therapy planning.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-oriented skills.
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
- Freshers to 2 years of experience welcome.
