Key Responsibilities:

- Assist fabricators, welders, and fitters during fabrication and assembly activities.
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials, fabricated components, and finished products within the shop floor.
- Support cutting, grinding, drilling, deburring, and finishing operations.
- Clean and prepare metal surfaces before fabrication and welding.
- Hold and position workpieces during welding and fitting operations.
- Assist in operating hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment under supervision.
- Sort, stack, and identify fabricated parts as per instructions.
- Perform material shifting using trolleys, pallet trucks, or other approved handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area (5S).
- Dispose of scrap materials as per company procedures.




- Follow all safety guidelines and use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report damaged tools, equipment, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of fabrication shop activities.
- Ability to use basic hand tools safely.
- Physically fit to handle lifting and material movement.
- Willingness to learn fabrication and welding processes.
- Positive teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
