Position: Estimator

Job Description

- Develop accurate and detailed quantity estimates of entire plan.
- Estimates include flooring, countertops, wall tile, cabinets, bath glass, lighting, hardware, doors, trim, and plumbing fixtures in multiple cities at same time.
- Pricing request preparations and price data management.
- Driven to meet deadlines and achieve expectations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Expertise reading all residential drawings, such as architectural and electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel.
- Understand the project and its requirements.
- Highly organized to manage more than one task simultaneously.
- Team player - Jumps in to help anywhere needed to help the team reach business goals; understands their role in the big picture of the business process.
