FIST Innovations Pvt Ltd is looking for a Faculty cum Digital Marketer & SEO who can handle digital marketing training and also execute real-time marketing campaigns for internal and client projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge and the ability to teach and mentor students while contributing to live marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

Candidate must have hands-on experience in most of the following:

- Digital Marketing Strategy
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – On-page & Off-page
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Pay Per Click (PPC) Campaign Management
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads)
- LinkedIn Ads Campaign Management
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis
- Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Campaign optimization and performance tracking
- Lead generation and conversion optimization

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver digital marketing training sessions (offline/online)
- Mentor students and guide practical projects




- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for clients
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and PPC campaigns
- Perform SEO activities and improve website rankings
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and real-world exercises

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree with relevant Digital Marketing experience
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
- Minimum 1+ years of practical experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to teach and manage student batches independently
- Practical industry experience is highly preferred
