IT HOC Technologies is hiring Freelance IT Support Engineers to provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Desktop & Laptop Installation and Troubleshooting
- Printer Installation & Support
- Hardware Replacement (RAM, SSD, HDD, Keyboard, etc.)
- Windows OS Installation & Configuration
- Basic Network Setup & Troubleshooting
- Onsite Ticket Handling and Service Report Submission
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Requirements

- 1+ Year of IT Support Experience
- Positive Hardware & Software Troubleshooting Skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Printers & Basic Networking
- Own Bike and Basic Tool Kit Preferred
- Willing to Travel for Onsite Support
- Orangabad, Pune , Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Bengalauru, Jaipur, Surat, Kolkata, Nashika, Nagpur, Vijayawad, Faridabad, Rajkot, Mohali, Jalandhar, Punjab
