experienced professional to support our workforce expansion in
India. About the
role The Post-Closing CD Specialist
is responsible for reconciling the final version of the Closing
Disclosure (CD), including any post-funding revisions, to ensure
accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. This role plays a key
part in delivering secure, timely, and compliant mortgage
disclosures while maintaining detailed documentation within the
Loan Origination System
(LOS). Responsibilities Develop
and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s Loan
Origination System
(LOS)Review and ensure
accuracy and data integrity for the issuance of the Closing
Disclosure and Loan
Estimate Reconcile
post-funding revisions to ensure customers receive an exact record
of their mortgage
transaction Maintain
accurate records of communications and actions related to the
disclosure process within the loan file conversation
log Maintain service levels
and adhere to regulatory timelines for completion and delivery of
disclosures, verified through LOS tracking
systems Deliver mortgage




loan disclosures in a secure and accurate
manner Maintain
confidentiality and privacy of customer and employee
information Work overtime as
needed to support business and regulatory
timelines This role has been
categorized as an Office position. “Office” employees regularly
work at the Zillow India office for approximately 80 to 100 percent
of their time each month. Employees must live within a reasonable
commuting distance of the office. Zillow has not defined a

reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in

determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute. In addition to a

competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for
incentive compensation subject to applicable laws and relevant
Zillow policies. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Who you

Skills Knowledge of
mortgage compliance regulations for Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA
loan programs Familiarity
with Encompass (LOS) strongly
preferred Working knowledge
of Microsoft Office
Suite High school diploma or
general education degree
