We are looking for a Finance Controller with strong experience only in Manufacturing Industry to oversee financial reporting, plant finance, cost control, compliance, and business partnering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial controlling, statutory compliance, costing, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Mandatory: Manufacturing industry experience and SAP knowledge are required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage plant finance, inventory valuation, standard costing, product costing, and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory performance.
- Support Capex evaluation, investment analysis, and business case preparation.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, procurement,



and manufacturing teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Mentor and guide the finance team while supporting strategic business decisions.

## Desired Candidate Profile

- 8–15 years of experience in Finance Controlling within a Manufacturing environment only.
- CA preferred;

CMA or MBA (Finance) may also be considered.
