The Dark Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations while ensuring exceptional customer experience through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilitie

sOperations Managemen

- tManage daily dark store operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
- . Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to delivery SLAs
- . Monitor order flow and optimize operational efficiency
- . Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Inventory & Quality Contro
- lMaintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- . Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and inventory hygiene
- . Minimize shrinkage, damages, expiries, and stock discrepancies
- . Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements
- Team Leadershi
- pLead, train, and manage store associates, pickers, and packers
- . Prepare shift rosters and manpower plans
- . Track team performance and drive productivity improvements
- . Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence
- Performance & Complianc
- eTrack KPIs including order accuracy, fulfillment time,



inventory accuracy, and productivity
- . Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- . Maintain cleanliness, security, and operational readiness of the dark store
- . Prepare operational reports and share performance insights with leadership

Requiremen

- ts3–6 years of experience in warehouse, retail, quick commerce, logistics, or dark store operation
- s. Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environmen
- t. Robust understanding of inventory management and fulfillment processe
- s. Proficiency with WMS, inventory tools, Excel, and operational dashboard
