Job Summary

The HR Associate will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a energetic, fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital marketing, client servicing, strategy, and corporate functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, employee referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, and offer rollouts.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly payroll processing.




- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Build positive employee relationships and address HR-related concerns.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Support learning and development programs and performance review cycles.
- Assist managers with employee performance and development discussions.

Compliance & Administration

- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Handle confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and recruitment metrics.
- Support HR audits and process improvement initiatives.
