Position Overview
We are looking for experienced BPO Telecallers / Digital Sales Executives who can interact with customers, explain investment opportunities, qualify leads, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into successful closures.
Unlike traditional BPO roles, this is a day-shift office job with company-generated digital leads, structured product training, and exceptional earning potential.
Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction
- Contact customers through phone calls and digital communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and investment interests.
- Explain company projects and investment opportunities.
- Build trust and maintain professional customer relationships.
Lead Qualification
- Handle company-generated digital enquiries.
- Qualify prospects and identify genuine buyers.
- Schedule follow-ups, meetings, or site visits for the sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversions.
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Update enquiry status and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer handover.
Product Knowledge
- Attend structured product and sales training sessions.
- Stay updated on current projects, offers, and campaigns.
- Deliver accurate and professional product information to customers.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO, telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling customer conversations.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
