- Ideally 5-8 years
- A transparent, prioritized AI roadmap aligned to business outcomes
- High-value AI initiatives progressing efficiently from idea to prototype and scale
- Strong stakeholder confidence in AI investment decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Agile/Scrum certifications a plus
- AI, Automation, or Product Management certifications are a plus
