We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong development background and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a software developer, proficiency in one or more programming languages, and hands-on exposure to software delivery processes.

This is a leadership role that requires both technical insight and project management expertise.

What You Will Do:

- Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software projects
- . Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- . Own the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring Agile best practices are followed
- . Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and demos
- . Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts proactively
- . Oversee task breakdowns, sprint tracking, effort estimations, and timelines
- .



Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure alignment of technical design with business objectives
- . Monitor engineering progress using JIRA or equivalent Agile tools
- . Ensure integration of Dev Ops practices, testing strategies, and release management

Required Skills & Qualificatio

- ns Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related fiel
- d.8–15 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a project management or Scrum Master role, and prior experience as a software develope
- r. Strong command over at least one programming language or framework (e.G., Java, .NET, Python, Java Script, etc.
- ). Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and development pipeline
- s. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or eq/ Uivalent Agile certification is mandator
